1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Canna Curious (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and participating giveaway partners who are directly involved in conducting or administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens when the official Canna Curious competition post is published on Thursday 17 September 2026.
The promotion closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Saturday 26 September 2026.
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
- Find the official Canna Curious giveaway post on Instagram.
- Comment I WANT IN on the giveaway post.
- Follow the instructions sent to you via Instagram direct message.
- Provide a valid email address to complete your entry.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
One entry per person.
Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
5. The Prize
One winner will receive the complete Canna Curious Giveaway prize bundle with a total approximate retail value of AUD $575.
The prize bundle includes:

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If an individual prize item becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute an item of comparable nature and value where permitted by law.
Delivery to an Australian address is included.
6. Winner Selection
This promotion is a game of chance.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place after the competition closes on Sunday 27 September 2026.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address and/or Instagram account associated with their entry.
The winner will also be announced by Canna Curious on Instagram.
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
If the winner cannot be contacted or the prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed-prize draw may be conducted from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable law.
8. Personal Information and Email
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, conduct the draw and contact the winner.
By entering the giveaway and providing an email address, entrants agree to receive email communications from Canna Curious and partners. Recipients may unsubscribe at any time.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Canna Curious’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy and marketing laws.
9. Participating Giveaway Partners
The giveaway includes products supplied by participating brands and contributors identified in the prize list above.
Unless otherwise stated, participating brands are prize contributors and are not responsible for administering or conducting the promotion.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta have no responsibility or liability in connection with this promotion.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of entries.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded from the draw.
If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
